The estate manager originally requested a price in 2018, however due to budges this project was delayed until May 2022, Nautilus were happy to pick up the original quotation and deliver a single ply system to 3 tiers of roofing upgrade offering a 20 year system warranty.

Nautilus also upgraded the existing roof lights to man-safe standards & installed a permanent handrail to the parameter of the building to allow for future ongoing maintenance. the project was delivered within 8 weeks and on budget.
