Sketty Flats

We recently completed a refurbishment project at Sketty Flats, working alongside main contractor Swansea CBC.

Valued at £130,000, the project involved installing a lightweight tile roofing system and metal roofing tailored for the third sector. The installation featured anti-vandal metal tile effect roofing, ensuring both durability and enhanced security. This project highlights our dedication to delivering robust and secure roofing solutions for community housing.
