Praxair – Swindon

Nautilus engaged with Praxair directly and worked as the main contractor for the roof refurbishment package.

The site was live for the duration of the works. Sacrificial netting was erected externally due to internal access issues. The works saw the existing Asbestos sheet thermally upgraded & sheeted with a single metal skin. We were also tasked with stripping the vertical cladding to the front elevation & replacing with a new single skin sheet to mirror the roof. The valley gutter abutting the link to the primary warehouse was also liquid coated as stripping the existing was not practical.
