CBRE – BT Yeovil

As a preferred contractor to CBRE, we successfully tendered & secured CBRE’s maiden concrete refurbishment package on the BT estate.

The work entails doff cleaning all concrete ring beams & columns to all elevations of the building, including a 600m2 undercroft. There after complete all required concrete repairs and carry out a percussion survey to ensure the site has been refurbished back to British standards.

Finally working to a SIKA Concrete specification we have applied a TCM coat to all elevations ensuring the concrete will be protected from the elements, with a 10 year system warranty. the contract was delivered within the 16 week program and within budget.
