CBRE – BT Newport

Having secured the contract under traditional tender process we completed a liquid coating contract for CBRE over the summer of 2022, delivering in excess of 2000 m2 of refurbishment works across 8 roofs.

Mindful the site was in full operation, we had a permanent site manager and 4 gangs working at any one time to bring the contract in ahead of time and within budget.

‘Nautilus Roofing are a supplier to CBRE to deliver roof refurbishment contracts across our client portfolio. Our largest account is a national agreement with BT to service all their telephone exchanges nationwide. Within that we have a vast roof refurbishment programme. Since nautilus on-boarded with CBRE in May 2021 they have completed 7 contracts across South Wales & the Southwest with a rough combined value of 1.4 million pounds. This has been split across felt refurbishment & liquid plastics. We have found Nautilus to be a very professional and reliable contractor. We have quickly built a healthy relationship based on their performance on site, but equally their responsive attitude any challenges that arise. ‘
