Nautilus secured this felt upgrade contract via competitive tender, the works including stripping the existing roofs to the deck, thermally upgrading and installing a 2 layer felt system.

In addition we were tasked with replacing existing rooflights, replacing cladding to the access sub room & applying liquid detail to the existing plant & vents.

Our largest account is a national agreement with BT to service all their telephone exchanges nationwide. Within that we have a vast roof refurbishment programme. Since nautilus on-boarded with CBRE in May 2021 they have completed 7 contracts across South Wales & the Southwest with a rough combined value of 1.4 million pounds. This has been split across felt refurbishment & liquid plastics. We have found Nautilus to be a very professional and reliable contractor. We have quickly built a healthy relationship based on their performance on site, but equally their responsive attitude any challenges that arise. ‘
