We recently completed a significant refurbishment project at Baird Close for a housing association, where we served as the main contractor.

Valued at £500k, the project focused on enhancing the exteriors using bituminous membrane systems. The installation featured Alumasc Derbigum mineral cap sheet, High Ten universal underlays, Rockwool Duo Slab insulation (230m), Torch Tight vapour barrier, and Hydro Guard 20 nailed layer. This project highlights our commitment to delivering durable, high-quality solutions tailored to the residential sector.
