With many years’ experience in the roofing and cladding industry the Nautilus team are highly trained and motivated; sharing one over-arching goal – to work collaboratively and with pride, craftsmanship, integrity and professionalism, to deliver the best possible projects for our clients and customer service experience that rewards the trust and faith placed in us.
Our belief is that working collaboratively rather than adopting an adversarial approach often associated with construction, encourages openness and trust from the outset, resulting in efficiency, safety and programme benefits for all parties.
Whether working as a specialist sub-contractor or Principal Contractor, we welcome involvement at the earliest stage of the project to enable us to bring to the table innovation, enhanced working practices and ultimately a better outcome for the client.
Arguably the biggest challenge facing the construction industry is retaining qualified personnel capable of meeting demanding schedules whilst delivering consistently high levels of quality.
At Nautilus we operate with directly employed, qualified and experienced staff who are fully committed and motivated to enhancing our reputation as a quality contractor. We compliment this with long serving sub-contract tradesmen that have worked for us for many years and share our values and culture.
Every Nautilus team member has an individual training plan with mandatory minimum training requirements. This is complimented with regular third party training to keep abreast of legislative, technical and product developments.
The company complies with all standards expected of the industry including Chas, Safecontractor & Constructionline. Nautilus is a member of the NFRC (National Federation of Roofing Contractors) and, alongside ISO 9001 Quality Management System & ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, is ideally placed to provide our clients with peace of mind.

The team at Nautilus recognises its responsibility within the industry it operates in, plus the wider environment and local communities.
Prior to undertaking any project, Nautilus provides an in-depth bespoke health, safety & environmental plan for each project.
The Nautilus team is dedicated to working to the highest levels of compliance to ensure the safety of everyone involved including the general public, our own staff and of course all other trades.
Our H&S policy is reviewed annually by senior management. Regular site inspections are undertaken to ensure compliance by our operatives and where appropriate training is identified and undertaken.
